1. Foxface didn’t kill a single tribute during the Games. Her goal was to survive, and to kill only as last resort. She was a rebel in her way; she didn’t want to be part of the Games and give the Capitol people the satisfaction of making her a murderer. She was hoping the other tributes would kill each other, and go home as the first Victor who had not made a single kill.
